Michael is the principal solicitor of HCN Law. Michael graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Applied Finance and the University of New South Wales with a Juris Doctor.

Michael started his career in financial services, providing financial and estate planning advice to high net worth private clients. Michael then moved into legal roles with Sparke Helmore Lawyers, the Department of Human Services and Newcastle Permanent Building Society. 

Michael heads our Private Client team and enjoys utilising his experience in wealth, trusts, estate planning and property law to provide holistic and tailored solutions to our clients. Michael can assist with trusts, succession planning, estate administration, property law and wealth protection. 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Kristy and his five-year-old triplets. 

Originally from New Zealand, Randeep graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) / Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

 Randeep began his career at KPMG in Sydney before joining global law firm, Baker & McKenzie’s commercial law team working across Asia and North America on various international corporate matters.

Now happily settled in his wife’s hometown of Maitland with his young family, Randeep has found a home at HCN Law leading our Corporate and Commercial Law practice. His expertise encompasses business advisory, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions.

 Randeep is dedicated to helping businesses navigate the legal landscape and achieve their strategic goals. Outside of work Randeep enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an avid rugby union and basketball fan, often finding time to play both sports when he can.

Harris is a law student at Newcastle University and works in our office part time assisting solicitors with research. 

Toni has been with Hulin Chadwick Lawyers for 18 years. Toni enjoys helping our clients with any conveyancing questions. When Toni is not at work she enjoys spending time with family and her dog Gus. 

Anne commenced Hulin Chadwick Lawyers with Earl in 2004. Anne has now retired but continues to provide expertise and client knowledge to assist our existing clients.
